What is Red Light Therapy? 

Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths to: 

• Boost skin tone and glow 

• Reduce inflammation and redness

• Improve circulation

• Promote healing and recovery

• Enhance energy and mood

• Stimulate immune system

• Help skin heal from cuts and blemishes

How Does It Work?

During each 15 minute red light therapy session (up to 4 times per week), light photons penetrate the skin and activates cytochrome C oxidase, a key enzyme in mitochondria (the power house of the cell), which encourages cellular energy production and natural regeneration!

When you book a session online or by contacting the concierge at (303) 927-6081, we'll reserve a 30 minute window for you to enjoy the privacy of The Red Room for your 15 minute red light therapy session.

Is Red Light Therapy For Me?

If you're generally in good health, but have concerns about wrinkles, acne, or hair loss, red light therapy may be for you!

You may not be a good candidate for red light therapy if you take medications that increase your skin or eye sensitivity, or have a history of skin cancer or eye disease. If you have any concerns, it's best to consult with your doctor before beginning red light therapy.
