Sidedoor will no longer has front desk staff on Sundays and Mondays.
The salon will remain open for appointments at your stylist's discretion and for product sales. Voicemails and emails left these days will be answered on Tuesday morning. ​
Our Return Policy
-Products are returned within 14 days of original purchase.
-Product is unopened, sealed/unused.
If product has been used, an exchange will be honored.
-Product must be at least halfway full for exhange.
*All hair brushes are final sale*
You MUST have your receipt if you did not give your name when purchasing, as there would be no proof of purchase.
If your name was recorded at checkout, we will have record of your purchase on your client profile.
